Description of Service

Lil Taps is a mobile application providing parent-child interactive games and activities. The app is designed for use by children aged 2-6 with parental supervision.

Subscriptions

Lil Taps offers a monthly subscription ("Lil Taps Pro") for $2.99/month
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Free Features

Lil Taps includes free games that are always available without subscription.

Parental Supervision

Lil Taps is designed for use with parental supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for:

Supervising their child's use of the app
Managing in-app purchase settings on their device
Ensuring appropriate use of the app

Intellectual Property

All content in Lil Taps, including games, graphics, and text, is owned by Nathan Hubert and protected by copyright law.

Lil Taps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
